Welcome to Save Ukraine Now. By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, registering for an event, making a donation, subscribing to SMS notifications, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are FINAL.

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of personal plans

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness

  • Transportation delays

  • Late arrival

  • Failure to attend

  • Weather conditions outside our control

If Save Ukraine Now cancels an event, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • issue a full refund;

  • transfer your ticket to another event;

  • provide event credit; or

  • offer another reasonable solution.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise announced.

Event Admission

Save Ukraine Now reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund for:

  • disruptive or abusive behavior;

  • harassment of guests or staff;

  • intoxication;

  • illegal activity;

  • violation of venue rules;

  • behavior that may negatively affect the safety or enjoyment of others.

Event Changes

Event dates, schedules, venues, performers, speakers, seating arrangements, and program details may change without prior notice.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Photography & Video

By attending our events, you grant Save Ukraine Now permission to photograph, record, or film your participation.

Photos and videos may be used for:

  • promotional materials;

  • social media;

  • advertising;

  • websites;

  • fundraising;

  • future event promotion.

No compensation will be provided.

SMS Messaging Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox during registration or ticket purchase, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Save Ukraine Now.

SMS messages may include:

  • registration confirmations;

  • ticket confirmations;

  • donation confirmations;

  • event reminders;

  • schedule or venue updates;

  • customer support responses;

  • requested information;

  • important organizational announcements;

  • occasional promotional messages related to our events and services.

Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in our events is voluntary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Ukraine Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our events or use of this website.

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Chargebacks

Submitting a fraudulent chargeback after receiving services or attending an event may constitute fraud.

Save Ukraine Now reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using registration records, ticket scans, payment records, attendance records, and other available evidence.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
